The apps below exist and their behaviour is described from what the code does. The bundle itself is in development, which means it is not yet something you can buy.
Estimates price work against a spatial hierarchy of building, floor, elevation and location rather than a flat sheet. The method used is frozen onto each line so a priced estimate cannot drift, and the estimate locks once it is issued.
Budget, contract, commitment, change control, valuation, CVR, certificate, notice, retention, actuals and forecast in one app, with UK instruments encoded directly rather than approximated with generic invoices.
Nine models, one per stage, with the probity controls built into the data path rather than into procedure: anonymity that depends on the tender stage, one-way locks at comparison and adjudication, and a full freeze once awarded.

An RFI is usually an email thread with a spreadsheet bolted on, and by the time anyone needs to prove what was agreed, only the email survives. XO RFI keeps the question, its evidence, its correspondence and its resolution as one project-scoped record.
