The native BrieXO app is built for the part of the job that happens in a stair core with no bars showing. Site Mode lets you capture the record where the work is and hand a review-only draft back to the team once you are in range.
Drafts wait for a human, not for a guess
A Site Mode draft is review-only: nothing is sent or applied until someone confirms it. Where a draft meets a conflict or fails to sync, it is held for review rather than retried silently, and the project model is checked again during sync.
An honest boundary on media and time
Media and voice notes can be staged on the device and queued to send. Photo and file uploads themselves still use the online capture and project library services, and mobile time capture needs a live connection.
Secure sign-in and session management
Sign-in credentials are held in encrypted storage on the device, and sessions can be ended from the app so a handed-on or lost phone does not stay signed in.
