How Evidence Export Works

Company admins can generate signed bundles from the Ledger timeline and share short-lived download links for review.

Operator flow

  1. 1Open Company Settings -> Ledger -> Export Evidence.
  2. 2Preview matches using filters (app scope, event type/class, resource, project, actor, date range).
  3. 3Create export to generate a signed bundle in S3-compatible storage.
  4. 4Request a short-lived download URL and share the bundle for verification.

What reviewers can verify

  • Bundle includes exported data file + manifest.json.
  • Manifest records filters, record count, SHA256 hash, and signature metadata.
  • Downloaded file hash can be checked against manifest hash.
  • Supersession lineage remains visible in timeline and exported event data.
Filter contract: app_scope, event_type, event_class, resource_type, project_id, actor_id, start_at, end_at.
