Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Upgrade any time; your records and setup come with you. Core and Pro are self-serve, and our team can help when you are ready to move to Enterprise.

How does per-user billing work?

Every tier is priced per user, per month. The price on each tier card is what you pay for each person on your account, billed monthly or annually.

What does annual billing save?

Switch the toggle to Annual and each tier card shows its own saving next to the price. Annual plans are billed once a year at the per-user rate shown.

What happens to my records if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Your records stay in your account and remain exportable in every tier, so the evidence your team captured stays yours.

Is Enterprise available now?

Yes. Enterprise is sold through our team rather than self-serve checkout. Talk to our team and we will scope governance, identity and rollout support for your business.

Where is my data hosted?

BrieXO is hosted on Hetzner in the EU, with encryption at rest and in transit. Our Security page covers the detail.
